Yeesh, it’s 2007 somehow. Two new updates to ring in the new year: Cerebus Readers in Crisis by Jeff Seiler & Larry Hart, and Mauled #3 on the Various Anthologies page that threatens to swallow the whole site (scroll down about 2/3 of the way down the page and you’ll see it).

December 14, 2006New review for Panel #8: Travel by various energetic comics folks in Ohio. I’m guessing they’re “energetic” because as a group they put out more books than most people, that’s for sure, and kudos to them for it…

December 1, 2006New review for Ruffians #3 by Brian Canini. Yeah, I know I just updated his page last week, but I was anxious to see where the story was going. Happy weekend everybody!
Update for 11/30/06
November 30, 2006New review for This Will All End In Tears by Joe Ollmann, and you guys all realized that a “normal week of posting” around here means that I’ll usually miss at least a day right? Good.
Update for 11/28/06
November 28, 2006New review for Agent Z #1 by Nik Havert & Federico Zumel. Also, ’tis the season (like it or not), so let me lay out the “holiday policy” around here. If I get an order for comics by December 18th, I’ll pay for whatever extra postage is necessary to get it where it needs to be by the 25th. Obviously not an issue right now, but it will be later. If you’d like to get some comics but don’t know what to get, e-mail me, I could recommend a few things if you tell me about the person. Buy comics dammit! Or even if you don’t get them here, I hear Kevin Huizenga has a new book out through Drawn & Quarterly, and you can’t go wrong with that man. Or any of the gorgeous Peanuts books Fantagraphics puts out, or practically anything else either of those companies puts out. Either way, put your money into comics this year because really, if you don’t, who will?
Update for 11/27/06
November 27, 2006New review for Raised By Squirrels by Bram & Monica Banko Meehan, and everything should be more or less back to normal around here now…

November 22, 2006Holday week and all that, so this is it until Monday, but here’s something to keep you busy if you find yourself stuck at a computer killing time over Thanksgiving: Snake Pit #14 by Ben White and Ruffians #2 by Brian Canini. Happy turkey day all!
Update for 11/18/06
November 18, 2006The overtime ended up winning over updates late in the week, so here are a couple to make up for it: Mint On Your Pillow #5 by Rebecca Strom and Isolation Chamber #2 by Ed Piskor. Happy weekend everybody!
Update for 11/15/06
November 15, 2006New review for To The Mouth Of The Source by Grant Reynolds, and next time I recommend you people not voting so much, it would make my job a lot easier…
Update for 11/13/06
November 14, 2006New review for Earth Minds Are Weak #6 by Justin Fox, and it looks like I picked a bad week to start up the site again with a ton of overtime coming. Oh well, late updates are better than no updates, right?
Update for 11/13/06
November 13, 2006Yes, it really is an update, for Entering Joanne by Angela Stork. Turns out that I remember how to do all this website stuff just fine, thank you very much. More overtime this week (counting provisional ballots), but I’m going to try to have a regular week, whatever that is, and stick with that from now on. You guys do still read comics, right?
