New review for Cactus Stories by Hilary Abuhove, and as seasons only last a week or two anymore, it looks like it’s time for people to start coming up with new names for the new, tiny seasons.  Any ideas?

Update for 1/2/08

January 2, 2008

New review for Problems With Solutions #2 by Ian Hrabe and yes, I did manage to get a pile of books from both of the great Chicago comic book stores, so there should be no shortage of new material over the next couple of months.

Update for 12/21/07

December 21, 2007

New review for Good Minnesotan #1 on the dreaded Various Anthologies page. Maybe after the new year I’ll just break those all down by their assorted editors. Speaking of that, this is it for me until 2008, as I’m heading to Illinois for a week. Keep those comics coming, as if I get enough stuff between the mail and various Illinois comic stores (hello Chicago Comics and Quimby’s!) I’m hoping to go back to two reviews a day for a bit. Happy New Year/Christmas/holidays everybody!

Update for 12/18/07

December 18, 2007

New review for Man Man And Friends #1 by Gareth Brookes, and keep those comics coming. I should be able to hit Chicago Comics (if all goes well) over the break, but comics that come in the mail always get precedence over things I buy anyway…

Update for 12/12/07

December 12, 2007

New review for 1 Block Down by Kieran Carew & Stan Yan, also available in the online store. Also, I keep forgetting to mention this, but if anybody wanted to get some comics by Christmas I can make sure that anything ordered by the end of the week gets there on time. Because I’m full of the Christmas spirit, that’s why…

Update for 12/7/07

December 7, 2007

New review for Gringo by Nick Threndyle, and huzzah for a regular week of updates! If anybody out there has comics you would like me to ramble about, there’s currently a very, very small pile of stuff left for me to look at and I probably won’t be able to buy much until after Christmas, so send your books (or the books of your friends who are too lazy to self-promote a little) to: 97 West Tulane Road, Columbus, OH 43202.
