It&#8217;s basically the story of Fastidious Frog  offending a clown at a circus by dressing up in clown gear himself, but  he only did it to &#8220;make the clowns feel at home&#8221;. He spends the rest of  the (much too short) issue trying to apologize to the clown, who has  since forgotten him. High-larious.
