Well, it turns out that “Horse and Rider” was a title that was used for “equine pornography”, so David isn’t going to be using that title any more. This book has two stories in it, although I don’t think they’re both “big” in the literal sense of the words. How many times can I use “quotes” in one review anyway? The first story is about a bunch of cute, fluffy animals committing suicide in some fairly brutal fashions. The second story is big, and it’s about a man who’s down on his luck meeting up with a bunch of other people who feel the same way. That’s an incredibly simplistic way to put it, granted, so you should probably read it to see what you think. A bit depressing, I guess, but it’s a great wordless story about fitting in with other people who don’t fit in and being alone with yourself.
